# Your Vestigo Verify Account And Details
## Information related to your Vestigo Verify account.
Your Vestigo Verify account is tied to your email address and can be used across any site that utilizes Vestigo. For example, if you monitor studies at sites in both Florida and Washington, you can use the same Verify account at each location, provided the site has added you to the protocol using the correct email address.
### Account vs Access
A common misconception is that being added to a protocol automatically grants access to protocol information. While a site can add you to a protocol and make it appear in your **My Protocols** list, you will not be able to view protocol details until the site schedules a monitor visit for your account. Only after a monitor visit has been set up will access to the protocol become available.
Each site has unique SOP's and may require you to request a Visit once they add you. Check out this article to learn how to Request a Visit through Vestigo Verify.
### My Account
**My Account** contains your personal profile information within Vestigo Verify. From this page, monitors can review and update their account details, including their name, company, phone number, and password.
**Tip** - If a different email address is required, the site can create a new monitor account using the alternate email address. Vestigo Support is unable to modify any Vestigo Verify account emails.
