[Inventory Review](https://verifyhelp.mccreadiegroup.com/en/knowledgebase/inventory?hsLang=en#inventory-review) October 12, 2026 # Reviewing Inventory Previously On Hand ## Vestigo Verify allows you to easily review any inventory that was previously on hand and all associated transactions with the inventory. At the high level glance, the Inventory tab displays the total current QOH for each drug. 1. On the Vestigo Verify Homepage - My Visits Tab, click on **View Protocols** for an active visit 2. Locate the protocol to review and click on **View Protocol** 1. Depending on how the site setup the visit, Verify users may have multiple protocols on one visit. 3. This only includes drugs that are marked as Full Tracking by the IDS. Drugs that are marked as Dispense or None Tracking are not included in this list.  If inventory is itemized or the site may have different lots or storage locations, users can click on the **Drug Names** to get more granular. The list of items will appear below the drug list. The list may be paginated if there are more than ten on hand items. ![](https://verifyhelp.mccreadiegroup.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Oct-12-2026-01-49-31-4984-PM.png?width=1046&height=538&name=image-png-Oct-12-2026-01-49-31-4984-PM.png)   From here, users will need to uncheck the flag **Show only inventory with a QOH greater than zero**. The grid will update and display all inventory that was previously on hand. Users can review each individual item and all the information regarding that item. If needed, users can click on **View Transactions** to review each transaction associated with that *Inventory ID*. The *Inventory ID* is listed in the ID column and is a Vestigo generated number.
