# Resetting A Forgotten Password

## Learn how to quickly reset a forgotten Vestigo Verify password and restore access to your training, certifications, and learning activities.

If you've forgotten your Vestigo Verify password, you can quickly regain access to your account using the password reset process. This article walks through the steps to securely reset your password, set a new one, and return to your training, certifications, and assigned learning activities with minimal disruption.

1. Navigate to the Vestigo Verify URL - Please reference any emails you receive for the URL
2. Enter your *Email Address*
3. Click **Next**
4. Click the **Forgot Password?** link
5. Click **Send me an email** button
6. Users will receive an email with a link to follow that will allow them to change their password.

When resetting your password, you may be asked to verify your security question that is associated with your account.
